- The Promotion is valid from 07/08/23 until 02/06/24. The Loyalty Club runs from Monday to Sunday every week during the Promotion period.
- The Loyalty Club consists of three categories: Stake Category, Number of Bets Category, and Bet Every Day Category. Participants can qualify for one level in each category, which will be the highest level achieved during the week.
- In the Stake Category, participants must stake a minimum amount according to the levels specified in the table provided in the Promotion details to qualify for the Free Bet Reward amount displayed for that level.
- In the Number of Bets Category, participants must place a minimum of 10 bets throughout the week with a minimum stake per bet according to the levels specified in the table provided in the Promotion details to qualify for the Free Bet Reward amount displayed for that level.
- In the Bet Every Day Category, participants must place a bet every day throughout the week with a minimum stake each day according to the levels specified in the table provided in the Promotion details to qualify for the Free Bet Reward amount displayed for that level.
- Free Bet rewards vary based on the category and level achieved. The Free Bet rewards will be credited to the participant’s account on Monday of each week or within 48 hours.
- We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may request relevant identification documents if necessary.
- Participants found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any fraudulent or abusive behavior will be disqualified from the Promotion.
- We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion, including eligibility, Free Bet rewards, and disqualification, is final and binding.
- The Promotion is subject to any additional terms and conditions provided and may be modified or updated at our sole discretion.

General Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to void any bet where there was an obvious error, mistake or technical fault, whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games/matches or if the user could have had an unfair indication of the outcome at the time of placing the bet.
- We further reserve the right to void bets, or not pay out a prize where, in our opinion, all or part of an outcome results from cheating or collusion with other players.
