Getting started with Premier Bet is easy. Simply register your details, deposit and you can start betting immediately.
Remember you will have to be aged 18 or over to bet with us.

Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the registration form with your personal details. Once submitted successfully, you will be logged in automatically.
First you need to login using your username and password. Your username is your phone number (ex: 255123456789) if you recently created your account. Login remains the same for existing customers.

  • After your account is funded simply make your selections and they will be shown on your betslip.
  • Choose your bet type from within the Single or Combi or System tab,
  • Enter your stake, any bonus that applies to your bet will be displayed.
  • click PLACE.
Log in to your account, click on DEPOSIT, enter the amount you wish to deposit and choose your preferred payment option.

We currently offer 3 payment methods to deposit your funds: Voucher, Tigo and Vodacom.
Firstly, you need to buy your Voucher from one of our Premier Bet agents. You can find them in one of our Premier Bet shops or in the street. You have 30 days to make your voucher deposit as per the validity date mentioned on the ticket.

  • To make your deposit log into your Premier Bet account.
  • Click on DEPOSIT, enter the deposit amount and click on the Voucher option.
  • You will be presented with any active bonuses you have qualified for and you are required to click to accept any active bonus you would like to participate in.
  • Click PROCEED PAYMENT.
  • You can now enter your Voucher code and click on SUBMIT.
After your Voucher code is successfully validated, the money is credited to your account and you can bet immediately.
To make a deposit into your account via Vodacom Mobile Money please follow the below instructions:
  • Login to your account
  • Click on DEPOSIT, enter your deposit amount and click on the Vodacom Mobile Money option
  • You will be presented with any active bonuses you have qualified for and you are required to click to accept any active bonus you would like to participate in
  • Click on PROCEED PAYMENT
  • If you have added your Vodacom mobile number/account during the registration process, your number will be displayed in the Phone Numbers field. Alternatively you can enter your mobile number in the New Phone field and click SUBMIT.
You will be prompted to complete the following steps on your phone to finalize this transaction:
  • Dial *150*00# to get your Vodacom Menu
  • Select 4 for “Payment” on your Vodacom Menu
  • Select 4 for “Pay companies” and enter "Premier Bet"
  • Enter business number “500700”
  • Enter your reference number
  • Enter amount you want to pay
  • Enter your PIN to confirm
  • You will receive a confirmation message from Vodacom.
To make a deposit into your account via Tigo Mobile Money please follow the below instructions:
  • Login to your account
  • Click on DEPOSIT, enter your deposit amount and click on the Tigo Mobile Money option
  • You will be presented with any active bonuses you have qualified for and you are required to click to accept any active bonus you would like to participate in
  • Click on PROCEED PAYMENT
  • If you have added your Tigo mobile number/account during the registration process, your number will be displayed in the Phone Numbers field. Alternatively you can enter your mobile number in the New Phone field and click SUBMIT.
You will be prompted to complete the following steps on your phone to finalize this transaction:
  • Dial *150*01# to get your Tigo Pesa Menu
  • Select 4 for “Payment” on your Tigo Pesa Menu
  • Select 3 for “Pay companies” and enter "Premier Bet"
  • Choose 2 for “Enter Business Number”
  • Enter business number “500700”
  • Enter your transaction ID
  • Enter amount you want to pay
  • Enter your PIN to confirm
  • You will receive a confirmation message from Pesa.
Login to your account, Click on WITHDRAW, enter the amount to withdraw and select the Payment Account you wish to withdraw back to.

We currently have four methods of withdrawal: Voucher, Tigo, Vodacom and Airtel.
Login to your Premier Bet account, click on WITHDRAW, enter the amount to withdraw and select the Voucher option.

Click on WITHDRAW then PROCEED PAYMENT.

Your withdrawal request is automatically processed, your Voucher code can be found on the My Profile/Financial page. You will need to show the Voucher code in one of our Premier Bet agencies/kiosks to receive the cash.

Once generated a withdrawal voucher code has a to be used within 7 days, you will not be able to get your funds after 7 days has passed.

Withdrawals by Voucher made as a result of placing single bets at odds of 1.10 or less will incur a 10% processing charge.
Login to your account, click on WITHDRAW, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on the Vodacom Mobile Money option from the Payment Account drop down menu.

Click on WITHDRAW, then PROCEED PAYMENT.

Your withdrawal request is automatically processed and you will be able to see the transaction successfully proceed via the My Profile/Financial page.

Please note that you must first deposit with Vodacom Mobile Money before being able to withdraw with Vodacom.
Login to your account, click on WITHDRAW, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on the Tigo Mobile Money option from the Payment Account drop down menu.

Click on WITHDRAW, then PROCEED PAYMENT.

Your withdrawal request is automatically processed and you will be able to see the transaction successfully proceed via the My Profile/Financial page.

Please note that you must first deposit with Tigo Mobile Money before being able to withdraw with Tigo.
Withdrawal requests can be declined if our T&C's are not met. Please ensure you have met the following criteria:  
  • Place only one withdrawal request for the full amount
  • Bonus conditions have been met: You have to complete the wagering requirements of bonuses you receive before being allowed to withdraw.
  • Deposit/Withdrawal method mismatch: Please use same withdrawal method as the one used for your last deposit
  • No bet placed with last deposit: We are not a bank and all (100%) funds deposited have to be played through
Voucher
  • Minimum deposit is 500 TZS and maximum deposit is 1,000,000 TZS
  • Minimum withdrawal is 2,500 TZS and maximum withdrawal is 50,000,000 TZS
Vodacom
  • Minimum deposit is 500 TZS and maximum deposit is 3,000,000 TZS
  • Minimum withdrawal is 2,000 TZS and maximum withdrawal is 50,000,000 TZS
Tigo
  • Minimum deposit is 1,000 TZS and maximum deposit is 3,000,000 TZS
  • Minimum withdrawal is 2,000 TZS and maximum withdrawal is 50,000,000 TZS
Stake
  • Minimum stake is 200 TZS and maximum stake is 2,250,000 TZS
Any winnings are automatically credited to your online account upon settlement of the event.
The maximum return per bet is 234,000,000 TZS.

If a match is cancelled all bets are void and stake returned to your account.

 

A postponed match is void unless it is rescheduled and played within 24 hours of the original start time and this is confirmed within 12 hours of the original start time.

 

Where a void match is included in an accumulator, the bet will be settled on the remaining valid selections

Quick access to all your latest open and settled bets.

  • Using desktop to view your bet history please click on “MY BETS” tab, next to Bet Slip.
  • Using full mobile simply click on the “MY BETS” icon located on the bottom menu.
If you have forgotten your username or password. Please follow the instructions below:

Full Mobile
  1. Click on Login > Forgot Password
  2. Enter the email address registered upon creation of your account and click RESET PASSWORD.
  3. You will receive an email with a password reset URL from us shortly thereafter. Click on the reset password URL and follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password.
Desktop
  1. Click on the Forgot Password padlock icon within the password field at the top right hand side of a page.
  2. Enter the email address registered upon creation of your account and click RESET PASSWORD.
  3. You will receive an email with a password reset URL from us shortly thereafter. Click on the reset password URL and follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password.
If you simply want to change your password you can do so within the Account > Personal info page once logged in.

1 indicates a home team win or the first team listed

X indicates a draw

2 indicates an away team win or the second team listed

An accumulator is a bet on two or more selections all of which must win to get a return. You can select up to 25 games on your betslip.
